After purchase, you will receive access with the following features:

Requirements:

- You will need to provide full access to the item (including the email)

- You will need to provide access to the SMS service via a Discord webhook or direct

access to the service’s website (email forwarding is not accepted)

- We are not responsible for your tickets or any potential loss of them

Deadline for client items review & Warranty Cases

Checking period (48 hours)

Every item must be checked within 48 hours after delivery.

If you report a b\@n or any issue after this period, the guarantee will not apply.

This rule is strict, so please make sure to check your items immediately.

Use of third-party software:

Running items through third-party software (bots, automation tools, etc.) can trigger b\@ns.

The guarantee does not cover b\@ns that happen after you launch or run an item through such software.

You may use software only for a quick login/status check — but not for running or attaching the item to any event.

Proxy usage:

If you use proxies that were previously linked to b\@nned items, this may cause b\@ns on new items.

Such b\@ns are not covered by the guarantee, even if they occur within the first 48 hours.

Each client is responsible for ensuring their proxy setup is safe and clean.

Proof of issue:

To process a replacement request, you must provide clear proof. 

This means:

* a screenshot showing the b\@n/error message,

* the time when the issue was noticed.

 Without this evidence, we cannot accept the case.
